nextnano3 - Input file generator 1D

Next Generation 3D Nano Device Simulator

Step 1: Specify your sample

This step is a little bit tricky. You have to submit this form several times.
The first time, a new file is generated on our server and the first material is added to this file.
The second time, the second material is added to this file. (Be sure to change "first material" to "no").
For the last material, you will have to indicate that you won't add another material.

The generated input file will be sent to you by email after you have completed all four steps.

Hint: If you want to generate something like a superlattice you can open this window two or more times and submit them alternately.

BEGIN Is this your first material? * yes  no    (!!!!!!!!)
Chose yes only for the first material.
END Is this your last material? * yes  no    (!!!!!!!!)
Chose yes after you sample is finished.

The script will generate a file called sample_part_beta.txt on our server.
